The present invention generally relates to a system and a method for the performance of solar cell under changing atmospheric condition. The system comprises a current sensor is installed in the system which is used to detect the current in serially connected cells present in the PV solar module. A computer aided model is installed in the system which is used to detect the partial shading on the PV solar module and plurality of super capacitors are is installed in the PV solar module which is used to reduce the effects of partial shading on the PV solar module.
