The present invention provides a starch-free rice cooker for diabetic patients enabled to cook starch-free rice by sucking out the starch from the starch-free rice cooker.It is enabled to receive input commands from a mobile computing device to cook rice for a predetermined number of person(s). It receives rice and water from prefilled rice container and water container respectively. A warm and/ or cook button is enabled to start and/ or stop the rice cooking process& a third servo motor having propellers and a stirring rod is enabled to stir the mixture of rice and water. The mobile computing device receives acknowledgments throughout the cooking process.
