Rubus, an underexploited fruit, is found in the wild habitats of Kashmir. These wild berries are rich in bioactive compounds, including vitamins, minerals, proteins, sugars, and polyphenols. However, they are often underutilized and wasted due to their short availability and lack of consumer awareness about their nutritional benefits. This results in the loss of a valuable bio-resource with significant health potential. Our innovation lies in the utilization of wild berries of Kashmir as the primary ingredient in our fruit bars, showcasing their unique taste and health benefits. We use minimal processing techniques to retain bioactive compounds, which are known for their antioxidant properties and health benefits. Our product offers a convenient way for consumers of all age groups to incorporate these beneficial berries into their daily diet, ensuring they can enjoy the full spectrum of nutritional advantages offered by these indigenous berries.
