According to the invention, a key controller, which administers a mobility account, is provided in the electronic vehicle key; and radio call information is transmitted by a control centre is registered as a “credit” in the mobility account. Relevant events are processed as “debits” in the mobility account, and deactivation or activation of the immobilizer on the vehicle is dependent on the account value of the mobility account. Our proposed system consists of two major parts viz. key port and key itself.. The key owner only can access the functionality of the key by authenticating the ownership using the fingerprint technology inside the key. The major function of the key will be emitting signal to the receiving key port after the owner authentication which results in opening and closing the shutter of the key port
