The invention relates to provide an artificial intelligence and machine learning based system for safety management aspects. The various sensors such as sound detection sensors, light detection sensors, temperature detection sensors, flammable gas detection sensors, overload detection sensors, humidity detection sensors, and air quality detection sensors are installed at working premises or site. Data is collected from chemical laboratories, past accidental incidents, and research institutes for inputting data to machine learning algorithms (Support Vector Machines & Nearest Neighbour). Collected data is used for training machine and create machine learning algorithm based on the requirement of safety features. Smart warning alarms are used for warning when safety standards are breeched. IoT networks connects the various devices and machines and form an interconnected network.
